Central Florida
Living in Central Florida the options for tourist destinations and Theme parks are seemingly endless. Orlando Is a very popular vacation destination all thanks to the one and only Mickey Mouse and Disney theme parks. There is Disney World, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Wet N Wild, and so much more all jumbled in to one big ball of fun and excitement. Now coming to Orlando to enjoy yourself at one of these Theme Parks can be costly so bring plenty of cash. Just one adult admission to any of these parks ranges between $25.00 and $75.00 with a lower price for children.
If you are not interested in getting in the mix with the major Theme Parks there is still plenty of options for things to do. There is International Drive this long strip is considered to be one of Orlando's most dynamic destinations and is a main artery to all the major theme parks and other things to do. By taking a ride on the I-Ride Trolley you can not only discover all of what there is to offer on this major strip but also save yourself time, cash and headache by staying out of all the mayhem that can be caused by the traffic. The trolley is also covenant by arriving every twenty minutes at stops. This is as I already mentioned cost efficient by only having a fare of $1.00 per ride or $3.00 for an unlimited 24 hour pass. There are other attractions on International Drive that can be very fun and not as busy or as expensive as the major Parks.
Two of these attractions are Wonder Works and Ripley's believe it or not Museum that I can say from experience is a fun, wonderful and also educating experience that can be fun for the whole family. Other attractractions include a skydiving wind tunnel offered by Skyventure, tour and charter helicopters from Air Florida Helicopter Charters Inc, Congo River Golf ( a place where you can explore caves and feed live alligators), Discovery cove ( for the animal lovers), Fun Spot Go Karts and Arcade, Extreme Party Warehouse ( an attraction full of extreme inflatable attractions), Gator Golf and Adventure Park ( see live gator wrestling), Hawian Rumble Golf, Magical Midway (extreme Go Karts and amusement rides), Pointe Orlando (shopping and movies), Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Putting Edge glow in the dark mini golf, Tiki Island Golf, Train Land International ( a really cool train exhibit), The Titanic experience, and even a little chapel called the Royal Wedding Chapel where non Florida
