The first thing Patrons of Phil Sandovel's notice when they walk in the door is the wonderful and colorful atmosphere of this fine Mexican Restaurant. The faded brick walls are lined with colorful and interesting clay or ceramic pieces. Brightly painted frogs, colorful maracas, decorative sombreros, all give you the feeling that you have just stepped inside a Mexican Cantina.

The feeling is intensified when you step out onto the balcony with it's blooming flower boxes.

What makes this place even more wonderful is that it is kid friendly and the food is out of this world.

Here are just a few of the items recommended by customers who frequent this establishment. Fish tacos, salsa, Green rice and black beans, San Miguel (which is a combination of chicken tacos, enchiladas and tamales.

The recommended dessert favorites are the strawberry curro and the coconut flan. While the Mango Margaritas tend to lead the list of favorite drinks.

Rosie's dining patio is lined with gorgeous green ferns and lit by bright colorful lights.

The atmosphere is wonderfully inviting and the wait staff is attentive.

Patrons to this establishment recommend the Mexican lasagna, Rosiechangas which is one of chicken and one of beef, and their white cheese sauce and nacho chips.
