Existence
Some say "I think therefore I am"
but what of "I am therefore I think"?
Are all creatures lit by this fuse,
a smolder that ignites
the simplest of thoughts?
It may be as sapient as these words have to be.
But what if in the tiniest of minds
a light is shinning that we cannot see
a sudden realisation of the 'me', in he or she?
And that shows a strong resistance to type,
is that proof of their existence?
Or is it rhetoric and hype?
