T-shirt logos are a fantastic way to advertise most businesses in most merchandising industries. Even other commercial kinds of businesses can benefit from the selling or giving away t-shirts embroidered with the company logo.
There are very few businesses that likely wouldn't benefit from people sporting their favorite companies or brands, and for the most part is probably pretty effective advertising.
Here are a few reasons why using t-shirt logos to help advertise a business can be effective.
*Affordable Advertising
For promotional t-shirts, getting the shirts made up doesn't necessarily need to take a large chunk of a marketing budget. There is a lot of choice in terms of quality and type of embedded logo to be included on the t-shirts.
You don't necessarily have to shoot for the highest quality that may extend past your budget allowances, but instead choose a style of t-shirt that is durable and ones customers will wear. The key here is to create the shirt attractive enough where people want to wear it and in many cases "less is more", so no need to go all out for fancy design.
If a small amount of advertising money is put aside for creation of t-shirts on a recurring basis, this ensures a small stock is available for distribution. As the shirts are handed out or sold, the supply can be replenished as needed.
*High Visibility
What better way to endorse your products than to have the proven stamp of approval from those who like your product or service? Customers who are willing to sport your company's logo are more than likely stating they approve of your product.
Whether you are looking to focus in specific geographic regions or a variety of locations, distributing t-shirts can help spread the name of your business. Wherever people go, your logo will be noticed, even perhaps subliminally as your brand name becomes a more familiarized logo, people may be more inclined to gravitate towards your product when presented with options.
*Great Giveaways
If you can afford to give away t-shirts sporting the company logo, this is a bonus. Who doesn't like free stuff? By giving away your t-shirts, this is a move that is bound to get a stamp of approval from customers or potential purchasers.
*People like Swag
Even if they have to pay for a t-shirt, people generally like swag and t-shirts fall into this category. This is especially true for brands that people have a strong attachment to. It could be a favored brand, automobile, website, and even a top entertainer or team.
If people like a product, service or brand well enough, they are happy to sport the company logo. Some companies even manage to create lines out of their logos that people actively seek to purchase. Look at the Gap, Nike, Old Navy and other popular clothing lines, these t-shirts aren't even created as a promotional gimmick, they are actual products in demand.
Using t-shirt logos to help advertise a business really doesn't have any drawbacks. With t-shirts come recognition, visibility, brand exposure and happy customers wearing them. The price is usually not out of range where it can't be attainable, so company logo t-shirts are usually within reach for many as a source of advertising. The biggest effort is making the shirts, after that, the advertising comes naturally - and best of all - free!
