Should I take the first step,
leave this comfort zone?
Speak out words I have formed
deep within my soul.
Reach for and be likewise received,
or rejected, left alone.
Is all this worth leaving my world,
my comfort zone.
They cry because of rejection,
I cry because I'm alone,
is the pain of the aftermath
