You and you alone are in charge of your Self -improvement, and you can become the dean of own university, you are the owner and director of your life. You are a special person, there is not another person quite like you, with your skills, gifts, talents, abilities, and personality. Your ambition in your life, is to never settle for limited progress on your road in life, but keep getting better at becoming the best possible person, and become a star in your job or career, and good parent, spouse, sibling, son or daughter, and as a human being. The goal in your life is to continue to get better and better at being the best possible YOU. I will offer you some tips to develop your self development.
Do an inventory of your successes in your life.
*What makes you and your life successful? Write down your special skills and talents that set you apart from others, and also what skills and gifts do you feel you need, to make it in your world, whether or not these are skils, are at work, or getting along with others, or feeling better about yourself, so you can successfully make your mark in your world. Focus on being your life coach, getting mental and physical conditioning needed to be all you can be in life. Continue to add the skills that are necessary to make yourself into a winner, and you cannot get them until you start the taking the needed lessons to learn and use those skills. Become a lifelong learner, and learn from everyone, and everything which happens to you, every article you read, or book you read, gives you added information to live your life with passion. Find what gives you confidence in life, and use it fully.
The most important lessons are from your failures and setbacks.
* Everyone in life has failures and setbacks, and these are easy to question when they arrive, but beneath, the rubble, you will find a great life lesson from each failure. Failures are part and parcel of life, if you stop having failures, you stop taking chances, and making fewer changes this can be detrimental to your life. You will never know, how to do anything, in your life, until you experience it, and see how the world works. You will never know if you can do a particular job, until you try it with all your might, and give yourself the chance to make adjustments and take new strategies, until you find that you can do this job, and be one of the best in this job.
