Visual difference between a sunrise and a sunset

The setting sun and rising sun, both paint a beautiful picture and leave you to experience a cooled down and relaxing atmosphere, they in fact can also be inspirational. But what are the difference of how they look to us? Of course they both are full of vivid blues, purples, pinks and oranges, but what makes them absolutely gorgeous in their own respects?

Starting with a sunset, you can see the changes and differences between the two, especially since a setting sun has more striking vivid colors. The sunset starts below the horizon, showing even a settling sun sometimes along with its bright colors. These glowing colors that the sun creates as it goes down to sleep, usually are of an orange and purple hue. Yellow is mixed with the orange creating an even more glowing offset.

Red hues are form, creating a soft gliding down shade. These colors are created by dust and air particles along with liquid aerosols. These colors are much more brighter than a sunrise because of these aerosols and how they only form when night air comes around the corner. Since the air in the atmosphere is less windy the colors form slower and show off an array of shining paints.

Sunrises can look quite similar in respect to the setting sun. They can even come off as one, with their bright shade palettes. For the most part, sunrises are much softer hues of pink and light reds, mixing together with a soft blue and orange. They can be very breathtaking to view, but they do start a little early. The edges on the side rather than the center, it can be from the left or right and ripples of clouds may form next to it, unlike a sunset.

Sunrises may also have clouds covering the sun, giving a very subtle offset of hues and shades of colors. There are quite few differences between both of these beautiful happenings between night and day. Both of these features really drawn a point on us humans, they can create new ideas within our minds, new thoughts, pure ambience, and just total solace. Sunrises and sets have always been an artist's inspiration, creating new ideas for their own artwork of a rise or set, or something purely created out of respect for it. Art involving them will never stop as its always the backbone of art, and will be around until the end of time.
