I'm done pretending
this doesn't make sense, then
where does that leave me
without you? That's something I cannot see
I'm use to you now, use to what we do
It's love now, I'm too in love with you
Sneaking behind this door and that door
has got to stop. Can't you see I need more
more time spent with you
less time hiding whats true
true in our heart, soul and mind
finding the one to have for all time
but your blinded by whats going on at home
so blind that you can't see that I'm alone
waiting for you to realize I'm here
with little chance of me going anywhere

Poetry: Pretending
Realising the past doesn’t stay dead,
That what was locked away,
Leaks back to mess with your head,
All this poison
by MK Bashlor
Your life
A whirlwind
I hate.
Its hard not to
Despise you too.
I wonder
Are you a victim,
Or devious controller,
Of your life,
And
I'm done pretending
this doesn't make sense, then
where does that leave me
without you? That's something I cannot see
I'm
by Carol Gioia
Out on a limb,
filled with regret,
balancing my act,
with no safety net.
Hovering on the edge
of uncertainty,
barely containing
by Lyn Adaway
Electronic Mongrel
.
This secret I avoided
Didn’t share with you
I’m really half android
Please hear me through
