During any season, sun damage and dehydration can wreak havoc on our faces and make wrinkles seem deeper and all around more visible. In addition to wearing sunscreen religiously and drinking plenty of water using a wrinkle cream can help remedy summer facial problems.

There are countless expensive wrinkle creams on the market ranging in price from $15.00 to hundreds of dollars per ounce. I developed the following cream using natural and inexpensive ingredients; you may already have many of these ingredients on hand. The cream is also both quick and easy to make.

You will need the following utensils and containers to prepare this wrinkle cream: 4 tablespoons; 1 small mixing bowl; one small jar with a lid; large plastic stirring spoon; 1 wire whisk or blender.

You will also need the following ingredients to prepare the wrinkle cream: 3 tablespoons cucumber juice; 1 1/2 egg whites; 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice; 1 benzoin tincture; 1 1/2 tablespoons brandy wine.

Begin preparing the wrinkle cream by whipping the egg whites until they are frothy. You can do this in a blender, mixer or just whip the egg whites with a wire whisk.

After whipping the egg white add the 2 tablespoons of cucumber juice. you can find cucumber juice at grocery and health food stores. You may also blend ripe cucumber slices in a blender and drain off the juice. After adding the cucumber juice stir the mixture well.

Once you have blended the egg white and the cucumber juice add lemon juice, brandy and benzoin tincture to the blend. Stir the mixture for several minutes until it is uniform.

Your wrinkle cream is now ready to use. Apply it liberally to your face in the morning and in the evening after cleansing your face and before you apply make-up.

Cucumber sooths sun damaged skin; it is also moisturizing and good for combating wrinkles. Cucumber juice also has mild astringent properties. Lemon juice has astringent properties; it also contains vitamin C to give your skin a healthy glow. Citric acid is also a component of lemon juice, it is very good for skin.

Store the wrinkle cream in a small jar or bottle with a tightly fitting lid. Store the cream in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.Use Caution! This recipe calls for mostly natural ingredients. However, it is still possible to have an allergic reaction to these ingredients. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if signs of irritation or allergic reaction develop.
