How to be a good teacher

Among the burdensome task of teachers, one of the most urgent task and was fundamental as advisers. A good adviser not just give advice, but he should be able to be an example for their students and for anyone who thought he was a teacher. The existence of this task, namely as a role model, many teachers who become upset by it. They think, as an exemplary human being he must be transformed into an example and role model to other. Therefore, they do not feel worthy to emulate. As a result, they were trying to be liberated from the burden of its weight as an example to other people.

This reaction is understandable, but it means a denial of an important aspect of "teaching and learning". The main thoughts of this section is to be a role model, is part of teaching and that no one teacher can avoid it.

Efforts to assist students in achieving these noble goals cannot be underestimated, given the students were having problems, both at home and at school.

That problem could be pressure from parents who claim their children to be kind and polite, while the parents do not teach or give an example how it should be nice and polite. If teachers are not able to position, then the student will lose touch, they will find a figure, and the environment in which they play they would choose as a setter.

Therefore, a teacher must be sensitive and be open to help and guide the resolution of student problems. Pulias and Young in their book "A teacher is many things" confirmed, a teacher let students know deeply.

This recognition includes recognition of their ability, to what extent the level of a student's ability with other students. Another thing to note by the teacher as an adviser, is the level of development in accordance with the
