Italian Style Mouth-Watering Pork Chops
Pork Chops (2-6)
Mrs. Dash (your choice of flavor to season)
1 cup of Italian Dressing
1-2 cups of Italian style bread crumbs
Defrost as many pork chops as desired for baking, usually 2 to 6 chops. Prepare a marinate of Italian dressing and a pinch of Mrs. Dash. Marinate your chops for about an hour in the Italian dressing liquid, then transfer your chops to the Italian bread crumbs. Make sure all chops are covered on both sides with the bread crumbs, then separate the pork chops for baking thoroughly. Bake chops for 35 minutes @ 350 and enjoy! Note: if you are using thicker chops, please allow about 15 more minutes for them to cook thoroughly. Sometimes they can come out not quite done if they are really thick chops. You can also marinate them overnight for extra juicy flavor or if you need more time to prep in the kitchen. You can test to make sure the chops are done by cutting one in half.
These delicious, mouth-watering italian stye pork chops will please any crowd and have been a family favorite for quite some time. They are great with a nice green been casserole, made with French's fried onions. I originally made this as an experiement for something to go along with my famous green bean casserole and they came out nice and juicy, baked just right! This would be amazing for a superbowl party or for football tailgating. You can find the green bean casserole to go along with this recipe on the back of the French's onion can. Be sure to use the two cans of green beans in the recipe, as it won't come out correctly if you do not. If you try my recipe, I would love some feedback on it. Thank you for trying it out, too.
