The general world view of homosexual acts seems to be that they are natural for humans because they occur in nature. The reasoning apparently being that we are only animals ourselves, ascended from the lower animals, and therefore, these baser acts are a natural part of the human makeup. All of this, of course, is due to the theories put forth and perpetuated by Mr. Darwin and others that we evolved from the primates; which theories have never been proven, nor, indeed, can they ever be.

God created man in His own image as Genesis 1:27 tells us: "So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them." (KJV). This is a fact which, sadly, is no longer universally accepted. God created Men and Women to a higher standard than He did the lower animals; in God's Spiritual image! Why should man want to compare himself to the lesser creatures and lower himself to the their amoral standards of behavior? Does that not seem unreasonable?

Man is the moral creature; fallen into sin through Adam and therefore sinful by nature, to be sure, but moral nevertheless. We have basic innate knowledge of right and wrong and the freedom to choose one over the other. God knows the weaknesses of man which are inherent in the freedom to choose. When we choose wrong, we sin against Him who has given us, not only the sense of wrong-doing, but also, through the Bible, detailed written instructions on how to behave. Therefore, when one turns to immoral acts, such as homosexuality, it is by choice or external influences and training. It is not natural, or inborn, it is sinful! Leviticus 18:22 states that "Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination." (KJV).

The old pulpit phrase that "God created Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve", though shop-worn and quaint, is nonetheless true. God created sex for procreation and intended it to be enjoyed by a man and a woman together.

Here is what Romans 1:24-32 says about homosexuality: "Therefore God gave them over in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, that their bodies might be dishonored among them. [25] For they exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen. [26] For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural, [27] and in the same way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned
