Deep inside not seen not known, lies pain .
Sometimes misunderstood, confusion, anger at times rage.
Carried through life a little girl cries.
Do not want it set it free let it go, how do I release it?
I will use it to fuel wisdom, to fuel courage to fuel strength.
But it lies there dormant at times.
Turn the page, leave that chapter behind, begin a new book filled with joy.
I will no longer ask why, I understand now that others inflict pain when they themselves are hurting.
I will pray, I will let go.
