WHO AM I AND WHAT AM I TO YOU?
I am always here not only in your happy moments and success but also in your sorrows and failures.
Do you think I am a friend? Probably yes, because I am always here in case you need a shoulder to cry on and I will cry with you and assure you that everything will be alright.
When you feel defeated and lost, I am always there to help you and boost your morale because I can be your confidant too.
I assure you that the serenity and sweetness of my voice will give you the courage to move on and my inspiring thoughts and loving ways will give you the strength to fight and live in this cruel world.
Do you think I am a poet or a singer? It is not necessary for me to be one just to be like that.
Though I love you and I will always fight for you down to my last breath, I will also reprimand you in times you make wrong decisions and bad judgments.
And because you mean everything to me, I am here to catch you every time you fall and help you stand up again.
I will be your candle when you fell into the abyss of darkness and I will lead you out to see the light again. I would even sacrifice my own life just for your sake. Why? Because it will break my heart to watch you consumed by darkness and uncertainties.
Despite all odds, my love for you will last forever. It is immeasurable, boundless and pure.
I love you more than I love myself.
So, who am I and what am I to you?
A seraph from heaven that God had given you?
No. I am just your mother.
