Avon has been around for over a hundred years now, and like most businesses, Avon and the representatives who sell it have moved Online. This move makes good business sense. For the company it opens up a global market space. For the representatives it gives them a platform to display their wares, and easy access to old, as well as new customers.

There are now so many Online sites offering free web space to promote your ideas, or products, that getting linkage to your blog or business idea can be relatively easy work. There are just so many great sites, and you have only to spend a couple afternoons setting up accounts at them, if you are interested in places to link to your blog for more traffic opportunities when you sell Avon.

Twitter would be one of the easiest places to place your link.

You simply sign up for a Twitter account and place your desired link as your website. Twitter does have other benefits as well. It allows you to send tweets, or mini messages, to anyone who links to your Twitter account. A large number of businesses are using this method to keep customers and business associates informed with of latest news within their company.

Facebook.com and Myspace.com are great social networking sites because they allow you to not only create linkage to your blog, but they also give your customers the opportunity to link to your account so they can easily receive the newest sales alerts, and product notifications as you list them. Customers are also able to contact you directly if they have a need to.

Gather is a social network site that I have only just recently joined but it is one that is quickly becoming one of my favorites. Gather is a relatively new breed of social network site that actually pays you to participate on it. You can write short product reviews and link these directly to your site. These reviews, or promotional articles, allow you to create a number of links coming out of the Gather site rather than just one. Gather is such a friendly, group orientated site, that it is a pleasure to peruse. Of course, there is also the added benefit of receiving a gift certificate or cash payment for simply creating linkage to your blog.

Another paying social network site is Redgage,and it is actually a site specifically designed to promote, a person's blogs, photos or video's. You can place a snippet of your blog with it's accompanying link directly onto your Redgage account. The great thing about Redgage is that the more people who view your blog,
