Why it's good to laugh?

*Laughter Is An Outlet:

Laughter is one of the greatest outlets we have in this life. When something hits our funny bones and we laugh until our sides hurt; that's what I call a dose of medicine without taking any. A good laugh will help a hurting heart and it will bring about a change of heart in a moments notice.

Laughter releases all the stress we've had built up for maybe months or even years. It's good for the heart and the soul and there's not much that can beat its effect on the human body. Laughter can cause our minds to be relieved of sadness's, hurts, pains, and allow our minds to rest for a spell.

*Laughter Is Healthy:

It's so good to laugh and keep an upbeat feeling instead of sitting around with a frown on our faces and a depressed feeling in our hearts. We should try everyday to keep a smile on our faces and to find something hilarious to have a good laugh about. I do believe people who laugh and keep a positive frame of mind are healthier and happier people.

People who sit around and never crack a smile or ever burst out into a good laugh are to be pitied because they are missing out on one of the greates gifts we have in our lives. If you notice people who never laugh, they're usually people who never feel good. They have a negative attitude and never think anything positive. Did you ever stop to think, their problems could have come about because they never laughed any during their lives?

Could laughter lead to happiness in adults?:

Have you ever noticed small babies who laugh a lot are the happiest babies of all? You don't hear them constantly fretting and crying but they're wide-eyed and laughing at people all the time and they're never in a bad mood. They grow up to be children who are also full of laughter and one's who have a good outlook on life. I'd love to see someone do a study on babies who laugh a lot and those who don't; I'll bet the study results would amaze us all. This study might even bring about results to prove those who never laugh as babies are those who are depressed adults throughout their lives.

Readers, life is so much easier to accept when we have a positive outlook and an active laughter in our lives. Our laughter and positive outlook will not only make a difference in our life but it will also have an affect on others lives as well.
