Tips for dealing with nudity at the spa

The topic of baring yourself in a spa among strangers milling nonchalantly around you can be a source of enlightening humor, plus fun-filled conversations. First time visitors or users of spa get surprised or even shocked at the idea of going nude in a spa (as you really have to go nude in a spa, or else, it won't be worth the experience). However, in other countries where the spa experience is an interesting aspect of their culture, nudity comes naturally just like being in your birthday suite with others around without being extra conscious of it.

Prepare for the visit by calling first, and take the opportunity to clarify if there is a need for you to go naked while inside the facility.

2) It is a good idea to go to a spa by yourself when it is your first time to visit. The spa can be a great source of thrill and adventure to others. Depending on your personality, you may choose to have a trustworthy company with you (such as
