Way back in 1977, I was asked to decrypt the symbols of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse because of my work with codes and cipher systems. I took on the task but didn't guarantee any results. In 1978, President Carter came to the Panama Canal Zone to sign the treaty to give back the Canal to Panama. While in Panama, there were also some Bilderbergers and enough to have a meeting. Carter briefed the group and all the military weenies had to stay outside the briefing.

After the briefing, they had a party. The military acted as caterers for the booze. We just went and got it and did not open it. As the party progressed, one of the Bilderbergers started talking about 2012 and how we (they) are going to make running for office so expensive that only the people they choose can afford to run. Also, the year 2012, was important because of the world population problem.

By 2020, there should be about 15 billion people on the earth. Of the several models used, two showed that 15 billion was too many people. They used the saying: If you see a dragon coming, you go out and fight it while it is a long way off. If you do not, and you wait until it is in your yard or your house, then the most you can hope for is a loss you might be able to live with. World population is that dragon.

It was projected that world population by the year 2000, would be about 7 billion. If there were too many people on this world, that would cause a shortage of water, food, jobs, housing, pollution our technology cannot take care of and a crime rate that is unheard of, Basically, we would go back into the dark ages. The Bilderbergers refuse to lose their money and power and will not allow that to happen. So, they are going to cut down on the population.

The best way to cut down on the population and maintain power is through two avenues. One is disease and the other is war. With genetic engineered diseases you can tailor make a disease to a specific group. Start having old diseases that keep appearing with new twists and have new ones each year along with the population growth. Once you get everything set for their genetic engineered scenario, then they will bring in the war. They expect the war to be started by 2011 and over by 2012, and by December 2012, they will be in complete control.
