For a long time i have always thought of ways to wear my hair without thinking about how it would affect my hair. When I went to high school I often saw many teenage girls my age wearing their hear straight. I had always dreamed of wearing my hair that way but my hair was really frizzy and thin. One day I got up and decided to flat iron my hair and it looked beautiful. i had worn it straight for about 3 months until I realized that my hair was getting shorter and that i had a bald spot in the front of my hair. I asked other girls what I had done wrong. They asked me how many times had a flat ironed it a week. I said , "...about 5 week." They were shocked and they told me that i shouldn't have been straightening my hair that often. Instead I should have wrapped my hair but I had no clue how to do that. I stopped flat-ironing my hair and my bald spot grew back after about 2 months but the length of my hair is still damaged. That summer I thought of getting micro braids but my hair was to thin and would fall out if I got micro braids. While talking to my cousin one day, she said that I should Kinky Twist because they will make my hair grow, they are easy to manage, and my hair wouldn't break off. I went along with the idea. I got Kinky Twist. They were beautiful and they were easy to manage. I still have the Kinky Twist in my hair. I have had them in for about 25 days. I don't see any signs of hair growth but my hair hasn't broken off at all. My hair is starting to look old though so I plan to take them out soon and get them done again in about a week or two. I have had many compliments about my hair style. I also love the fact that i don't have to fuss with my hair every morning to get up and go to school. Now that I have Kinky Twist it seems as if a lot of other girls in my school have them as well. Some girls are still wearing straight hair styles but many girls like me, are trying to grow their hair back. I really hope it works. The next time I get Kinky Twist I hope they look good longer than 25 days so that I can wear them for about 2 months as recommended instead of just 30 days. I recommend getting Kinky Twist to any girls who want to be beautiful yet are recovering their hair. Try it...you'll be glad you got them.
