Are you looking for an easy way to increase your fertility? Have you been trying and trying to get pregnant with no results? The truth is, the answer may have been staring you in the face. Humans have been around for quite a while, so it only makes sense to assume that Mother Nature had many effective ways to get women pregnant long before any artificial alternative. After all, she had plenty of time to develop them and as we all know, quality takes time. Much of fertility improvement has to do with avoiding things which negatively affect it. The right eating also helps, as your body needs all the nutrients it can get before it increases in fertility. Fat levels, whether too much or too little, have also been shown to affect your body's release of sex hormones, so a good diet is crucial. Avoidance of influences which hinder fertility, like alcohol, is also a must. So, before you start popping pills or using artificial fertility methods, give these basic tips a try first.

1. Vitamins Remember, your body needs to get nutrients before it identifies itself as ready to conceive. Healthy foods are important, but pay close attention to particular factors like their vitamin content or antioxidants. Slip as many kiwi fruits or oranges in your food as you can, as they are known for being rich in vitamin c. Green tea and dark chocolate are also a great sources of antioxidants.

2. Antioxidants Antioxidants play a vital role in improving one's health and are known to improve a woman's fertility. Green tea and dark chocolate - avoiding other kinds - , are great sources of antioxidants, along with Raspberries, strawberries, black berries and blue berries. So consider a fruit salad for desert or some nice calming green tea after a long day's work. The results will speak for themselves.

3. Avoiding alcohol Studies have shown that alcohol consumption can decrease fertility levels in some women by up to 50 percent. So consider cutting back or cutting out alcohol consumption, whenever possible as it could be hindering your fertility. If you must have alcohol, drink plenty of water to diminish its effects.

4. Smoking Smoking is possibly one of the greatest detriments to a woman's fertility. It's nicotine, along with other toxins contained cigarettes cause havoc in the body and severely decrease your chance of becoming pregnant. Try slowly cutting down on cigarettes and exercise daily to compensate for the dopamine that smoking releases. If that doesn't work, consider counseling
