Best Halloween and horror songs

When in search of the best "Halloween" vibe in music, It can be found in the oddest of places. While some people don't even know it exists, there are genres that focus quite a bit on these topics. Psychobilly, Rockabilly, Horror punk/rock, and even Doo-Wop all have the ability to put the imagery in your mind of basically a cheesy horror movie. Not that all of these genres ONLY focus on the evil and ghoulish, but nothing makes me think of Halloween more than the following bands..

Nekromantix: Formed in 1989, These Danish Psychobilly musicians focus primarily on monster and horror themes, and do perfect job of doing so. "Nekroman" the bassist and vocalist of the band even plays a custom made stand up "coffin" bass. For what its worth, I cannot even think about this band without AT LEAST a vampire or a zombie popping into my minds eye. They should be just the perfect way to scratch that nostalgic horror-flick your dying to scratch in your brain. On a side note, these guys like many other psychobillies/horror rockers, have a wide range of fantastic covers you'll probably recognize at some point

Recommended songs: Who Killed the Cheerleader?, Dead Girls Don't Cry, Ghoulina, Nekrofelia, Haunted Cathouse, Bloody Holiday, Alive, Driller Killer, Demons Are A Girls Best Friend, Gargoyles Over Copenhagen, Life is a Grave, & I Dig It!

The Misfits: This one should really be a no-brainer, but since half of the kids these days who wear the Misfits logo every other day don't even listen to the said band or genre, I figure it's only fitting to put them on this list. Like Nekromantix, most, if not all, of their songs consist of similar themes but are more punky, and give the listener sort of an "old drive-in" feeling when listening to the songs. Either that or it's just a high energy punk assault.

Recommended songs: Die, Die My Darling, Dig Up Her Bones, Hybrid Moments, Saturday Night, 1,000,000 Years B.C, Where Eagles Dare, The Monster Mash (cover), Resurrection, Blacklight, Don't Open Till Doomsday, Shining, Helena, American Psycho, the entire album "Project 1950's"

The Meteors: Possibly one of the most unheard of and underrated bands in this entire list, The Meteors fronted by Paul P. Fenech, is the band the pioneered and basically created the psychobilly genre, and have pretty well coined terms for themselves like "O.T.M.A.P.P", which stands for Only The Meteors Are Pure Psychobilly. That's really all I can say about these guys, if you disagree with them being on
