Skin care tips for summer

Summer is here and we want the look the best we can. It becomes very difficult to stay fresh because of the harsh weather and heat that leads to perspiration and the skin looks very oily , dirty and the pores clog. It therefore very important to keep your skin glowing and fresh all day long.

Due to a lot of exposure to sun our skin needs to be protected since our skin cells and pores can get easily damaged through the harsh UV rays. So its very important to protect your skin from the sun.

We need to take care of our skin by choosing the right make up, right soaps, creams and also the right food on our plates.

The sun shines and we need to keep our skin healthy and nourished and the best ways that can help us do that are as under:

1.Choose the right food : its very important to understand that we need to choose the right food to make our skin look fresh and clean. Instead of eating oily and fatty food we must eat light and fresh fruits. We must eat fruits like watermelon , orange and tropical fruits that can help our skin look nutrition ed as well as fresh.

2.Continue to drink lots of water: the most important aspect of looking fresh even during summer is to drink lots of water through out the day. Its essential to keep your skin dehydrated by drinking lots of water . the skin remains moisturised and nutrition ed all day long.

3.Use natural home made cosmetics: its better to use home made cosmetics that do not have any harsh effects on our skin. Natural cosmetics never have any harmful side effects on our skin . Its important not to use market cosmetics on our skin so that it remains fresh.

4.Follow a good cleansing routine: Always make sure to use the right cleansing products for your skin so that it remains moisturised even in summers. Make a routine and follow it, although its better to cleanse skin before going to bed.

5.UV protection: protection from the sun is very important to apply the right kind of sunscreen lotion having the right balance SPF in it to protect our skin.

6. Apply face masks: apply home made masks that keeps the skin cool and light like papaya face mask or cucumber face mask.
