School was where we learned about the foundations that made us a real human. For most of us, it is where we learn how to know what's right from wrong. It's where we built our courage and found the strength to believe in ourselves.
Computers complete a person. They provide us our needs not a human being can. They are unique gadgets that make our life a lot easier.
To have them both together, will be an amazingly powerful source of information. Children from our generation would learn the things we learned in our mid-20 years. That will incredibly increase the knowledge of our generation and will provide more opportunities to everyone of us.
Schools, since they are a place for learning and computers are the tools for learning, they both should come together. It may be expensive but it has more benefits than disadvantages. Just think about all the possibilities if all schools have access to the computer and Internet.
1. Learning process will be faster since it's going to use automation of tasks and will reject manual system. We can save time for learning more and trying out greater opportunities.
2. Security will be enhanced. Children's love to play with their stuff, so if they accidentally throw their projects away, you're gonna have to help them make a whole new one. But with computers available at school, they will be able to have multiple copies and back ups for future references.
3. Bigger source of information. We used to go to the libraries to read books when we had a homework. Today, it's not the same anymore. If computers are available at schools, they can save their time and just search the Internet to find the exact details they are looking for. It also makes their projects factual and presentable.
4. Reliable. computers are reliable not because they can store your data - cause they don't last very long. But, with computers it'll be easier for students to save their activities at school, make multiple back ups and save them in different locations. In that case, no files will be missing anymore.
Those are just a few advantages everyone's gonna have if we do allow computers at schools. If we don't do this, for who knows what reason, students can always buy their own computers. So to be fair for all the students, it's better if our government itself provides these as a school's basic need.
