Learn to use music as therapy to relax you
Are you a hard working person that doesn't get out much?
Maybe you are someone who can't sleep at night and you never find a moment of peace.
If you're married with kids then you probably have it the worse.
You know in times like these there's only one thing to do to calm our nerves and to rest our souls.
Some might find this hard to believe but most of you would agree with me when I tell you we can escape our every day lives with a song.
Yes that's right I said it, music helps us when we need it most.
Music is a healing and can really cure us when we are down and out.
There's nothing like it and music changes the way we feel inside and out.
For instance, you know when you're having a miserable day and you can't wait for it to be over, well imagine you're driving home from a long day at work and there's nothing you can do but listen to the radio. Suddenly you hear your most favorite song, you know the one you haven't heard in forever and you're singing along and you want to turn it up as loud as you can without breaking the windows in the car. Then when you pull up to your driveway you don't get out immediately because even though you've heard it before you can't stop listening you have to hear the end of it.
Why does it draw us in so far without letting go for a second? Because of its power that causes us to dwell in its happiness in exchange for our grief. In a sense it knows exactly how we feel inside and it works.
It's like a treatment we need to rehabilitate.
It's funny how music can change the situation. We all can use a little pick me up every now and then, so it creates a great feeling.
And I truly believe music is a very huge part of us and we can't be without it.
Think about it music is a big part of our world, its everywhere all around us all the time.
For example, look at the new generation, our children that are always listening to music.
Music is a very popular trend and is growing every year.
There is advertisement for music on the TV, radio, magazines, and computers.
They have introduced us to iPods, ip4s, cds, iTunes, and YouTube of course.
At every store items like the iPod and related electronics like cell phones which also carry music stocked sell like scary.
My point is it's there at our exposal and it was already intended for us to have to experience a more relaxed mood.
But music doesn't only relax us and modify our frame of mind.
Music also welcomes energy and self-assurance.
For example, we were not meant to stress out about life and its problems forever without revolution.
Matter of fact we go through tough times in life to find what it really is that makes us happy.
Like the things we take pleasure in doing the most with friends and family.
I'm telling you my friend that is why parties were inventedso we can sing, enjoying music and how it makes us feel.
Inside and out!
If you haven't been taken away by a lovely tune, I hope I've inspired you to go to the nearest electronic store and pick up something new you haven't heard but might interest you.
I hope all of you reading can relate because life is simply bliss when you invite precious melodies and harmonies.
So let the spirit of music be your therapy!
