MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE
This cake so simple and always gets great reviews!
Ingredients:
1 Butter Cake Mix
4 Eggs
1/2 Cup of Oil
1 Small Can of Mandarin Oranges
13 1/2 oz. Cool Whip
3 3/4 oz Package of Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 Small Can of Crushed Pineapple, Slightly Drained
1. Beat together first four ingredients, including the juice from the oranges.
2. Bake in circular cake pans, 2 or 3 layers, at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
3. For icing: Mix Cool Whip and pudding. Fold in pineapple. Keep refrigerated.
