Being in love is such a wonderful experience that all individuals strive to find and keep. Some people go through extremes just to find that one person they can spend the rest of their life with. Relatives and friends sometimes help in order for us to meet new people and see if things will blossom from there. Love sometimes happen when we least expect it and when it does, there are people who are willing to sacrifice anything and everything for the one they love. Some people would do just about anything to stay with the person they love, however, we should keep in mind that there are times when love alone is just isn't enough to make a person happy.

In any relationships, love is the main and biggest factor why is started in the first place, and why is lasts. Still, there are other factors that play a role in a relationship, whether between family, friends, or lovers. There are still the respect, care, understanding, and patience, or the situation that makes loving a person right.

There are different situations that people just have to let go in spite of the love they feel for another person. One, there are some couples that declare their unending love for each other, but then we see the husband physically or verbally abusing the wife whenever he gets drunk. The wife loving her husband so much stays with him in spite of the physical and emotional pain she would experience every now and then. The husband, on the other hand, will always ask for forgiveness for the same thing he does. Women experiencing this should realize when to forgive and when to let go. But still, physical fights can go both ways, and when arguments lead to this, it is time to think if the relationship is still worth it. You should be able to set a limit when enough is enough, and when love alone will not make this kind of relationship strong and healthy.

Some have partners that are cheating on them right in the open, but because of too much love, they prefer to stay with the person than consider losing them. Sometimes they even forget their pride and agree that there is another person in the relationship just to make sure that their partner does not leave them. This kind of relationship is not beneficial and may have other negative effects on ourselves that we may not even notice immediately. Lose of self confidence and esteem, trust, and value of one self may be gone due to continuous emotional and psychological burden.

Still, love alone will not suffice if you are entering into a forbidden relationship. Getting into a relationship with a married person or one that is already taken will bring more heartaches and pain than just letting go of the person. Love may be present, but there are still other factors to consider before going through with it. You have to consider the people that you are going to hurt and bring emotional pain to if you try to enter into the picture.

People that are so in love always turn a deaf ear and blind eye to the shortcomings and negative character of their partners, but we should always get a reality check and balance things in our life. Loving a person is the best feeling you could experience, but we should also consider the situation we are entering when loving someone. Love and respect for oneself should never be lost when loving another individual. When your principles, values, and character are being compromised, it is time to say that love alone is not enough.
