We as humans are often blinded by our feeble perceptions of true love. Why do we associate it only to physical and emotional realms when it is so much more? When we can seek to have what can be a spiritual connection with another human being, which could be far more intimate and satisfying in every way, why do we only settle for what we can see with our limited vision and feel only the physical touch?
I often ponder the thoughts and ways of humans and I must concede there is so much I fail to understand. Centuries ago and perhaps from the time of the fall of man we somehow evolved into a species who take for granted the beautiful gifts of the spirit given to us by God Himself.
It... is... possible to have true, intimate love between two souls who have a deep and very special, very rare spiritual connection of the heart without a physical touch ever coming to pass between them. This kind of love is complete in understanding. This kind of love possesses more passion than mere imagination can conceive. This kind of love overflows with compassion. This kind of love is begins within and radiates outward and is able to penetrate the most heartbroken and scarred of all living souls.
This kind of love is to see and feel the spirit of another touching and caressing your heart, feeling their warmth and care inside you, letting go of all fear of hurt and pain. And then reciprocate that love toward that individual.
It is when two people meditate upon the tenderness between them move through their minds, hearts, souls and spirits with gentleness and grace. This love is not just to be absorbed it is to allow oneself to be absorbed in it. Visualize freely submitting the most secret and vulnerable part of yourself to be taken into it. Visualize the penetration of this love traveling deep inside you, filling, flowing out of you; giving special attention to every wounded part and complete healing to every place you allow. Allow yourself to be completely and wholly taken by it.
When this kind of love is shared between two souls and physical touch is applied as well, there is ecstasy beyond all measure and description.
Reaching for this deepest kind of love does take time, it does take patience but it does not have to be fearful or uncomfortable in anyway. It can be as rich and fulfilling as only you will allow it to be. Open your heart, mind, soul and spirit to achieving true love.
