Reflections: Domestic violence

Dealing With The Devil

A couple of weeks ago, I was sitting on my back porch, just enjoying the cool of the evening when I heard a noise at the very back of my rather large yard. At first I thought it was the noise of a possum or racoon. It wasn't. It was the noise of a human being and that human being was not passing through. That person was pacing, wanting me to know that he was there. I unleashed my dog, who was so scared, she ran in the back door of the house. I also went in. I didn't call the police.

In the middle of the night, last week, I ended up calling the police after 2 nights of hearing hellacious screaming. Two doors east from where I live a woman and a man were involved in "domestic violence". I could hear her screaming from inside my home. I stepped out the door and I could hear things slamming.

I called the police. Several cops showed up, went to the door and after a few minutes left. Some of the cops were laughing. I was relieved. Because it sounded like she was being killed. There were other witnesses who seemed baffled.

Being that I saw, a couple of nights later, the man involved in the domestic issue walking away from a cop car, I can only surmise that I am now experiencing deja vu. The plan being to make me look like a liar. Or delusional. Or crazy.

Why would these people want to make me look like a liar? To help the man who is raping my grand daughter.

The next step is to get me into a situation where I become angry and show it. Then I'll either be forced to go to a mental hospital or forced into some sort of counseling. The person to do this is my daughter. This is how she'll save herself. My daughter is afraid and I know it.

I'm a compassionate person. But at this point, I don't care if the woman 2 doors down is beaten to death by her husband. He could beat her to death in the street and I wouldn't call a cop.

On the other hand, she could beat him to death too.

The person pacing around in my back yard could end up hanging in a tree.

The possibilities are increasing daily.
