The heat of summer is no longer so bold
And winter's chill has yet to catch hold
For now all attention is upon autumn leaves
And the intricate beauty that every one weaves
Their allure is one of patience and grace
They know they won't long be in this place
But until they fall or are blown away
They seem to take joy in the roles that they play
As objects of splendor and markers of time
Their example is perfect and wholly sublime
Gracing the streets from the morning's first light
Reminding all of the beauty of life

their flames got so high, they touch the earthly sky.
Even as the fires
