Is there room for hate in the world,
only to have the energy
zapped out of our souls,
by the actions that
feed off this emotion?
Should the feeling of rage
create a demise based upon
one's negativity?
Does this feeling need to have
an identifiable label, called "hate",
that makes nausea encompass
our stomachs, as tears flow softly?
Should rage consume one's head
with mountains of resentment
in a place where one despises another?
Who are we to judge, criticize,
or to even feed off another's words?
Has hating someone, something, or
someplace, even of a whole country,
been defined with such strength,
so strong an emotion?
Has "hate" become the new culture
that so many are immuned to,
with tranquility gone to avail itself to?
Has forgiveness been so blas
from the hearts of those that thrive off misery?
Will there ever be peace in everyone's
home, classroom, streets?
Will hate dissipate from the world.....
and from the universe?
Does anyone hear me, out there?
Can anyone answer me...
with something that makes sense
and with some solutions
and something more than
pragmatic ideologies? Please!

I am a beast and I devour,
