The top ten essentials to bring to college

College, one of the most enjoyable times of your life. Pulling all nighters with your bros, getting up at 6:00 A.M and running three miles for Army rotc with a hangover, not to mention all the cute girls. Yeah college can be pretty memorable. When packing for your first year of the college life you might be overwhelmed with all the stuff you have to remember to take. I say you are so caught up in thinking about all those parties and those cute girls you are going to meet that your mind probably isn't in the packing. This can be a real disaster, especially if you are moving a long way away form home. Since you could forget something valuable then be stuck without it. Not to worry though. I'm going to list the top ten essentials for you to take with you on the journey you are about to embark. Which it is still up to you to pack it and safely transport it to your dorm.

Snacks,

Very very important. I don't know about other colleges, but at mine they stop serving dinner at 7:00. So if you stay up until about 12:00 you could get pretty hungry by the time you want to hit the rack.Grab a plastic container and stuff it full of potoato chips, pop, crackers, and all your favorite snacks. Trust me, when it's 3:00 A.M. and your stomachs growling at you, you will thank me.

Quaters,

I say your whole life your mommy has washed your clothes. Well I've got news for you; thats not going to happen anymore. You are going to be making a trip to the laundry room at least once a week. If you get down there and throw all you clothes into the washing machine and add the detergent then pull a dollar out of your wallet to pay the machine, well your just going to be out of luck. Since most washing machines only accept quarters.

Backpack

Now back in your high school days I say only the geeks hauled around backpacks. At least that was the way it was at my high school. If your want to carry your books around college with out putting them in a some type of pack then your going to get tired of it really quick. Alot of times you will have a class, then have to be at another class all the way on the other side of campus, then have to walk half way to across campus for another class. A backpack is a necessity.

Clothing

I'm sure you don't want to walk around nude all the time, and if you do your definitely not going to be able to do that in any college in the US. Pack about two weeks worth of clothes. If you live not far away from the campus or if you plan on visiting home at least every
