Autumn airs her favorite gown,
Purples, saffrons, rouge and browns,
Painted hues stretched 'cross the land,
Hazels, chestnuts, warm pecans.
Winds that swept through trees of old,
Once dressed feys in greens and gold,
Maples, birches, elms and oaks,
Lammas treasures, forests hold.
Harvest's fields in auburn fair,
Soon she'll wear a Winter's ware,
Twisting, twirling, spinning 'round,
Autumn airs her favorite gown.

their flames got so high, they touch the earthly sky.
Even as the fires
