How do you move on after the death of a loved one

Life can be very hard when you lose a loved one who was very special to you. This can be a family member, friend, or anyone who has taught you many lessons about your life. How do we comprehend the mental, emotional, and spiritual sides to our grieving period? What are the first actual moments we are trying to relate to when it comes to the loss of a loved one? How does the grieving process begin after a loved one crosses over to the "Other Side?"

It is very hard to accept the loss of a loved one while you are grieving their death. Sometimes we cannot recognize in our own reality that our loved one has just left us behind. We all have to leave this lifetime when "God" decides to bring us home to his world once again. As a Spiritual Medium, for many years, I understand the process of when a loved one leaves us behind through sickness, unexpected events that occur or it is just their time to leave. Most of this begins when our hearts feel so deeply connected to them by their loving memories, touching thoughts, or how they shared their closest moments with us. I have helped many with my spiritual gifts when it comes to a private session with a client, close friend, or someone I come across who needs to release the pain and hurt that was left behind.

It is challenging enough to know that we were so use to their energy, love, and presence in our daily lives and now we have to learn how to live our lives alone without them. But we must understand that no matter what, we are never alone. Our loved ones are always with us every step of the way, even when they have left us to cross over to the "Other Side." People are always asking me "What are the signs that a loved one is with you?" Most of the time, our loved ones approach us in our dream states-one of the easiest ways that they can reach us. These are the quietest moments that our mind is relaxed and our heart is open to the existence of their loving spirit. Our loved ones always approach us in the midst of healing the deepest parts of our soul as we travel to their level to reach them once again. They will take whatever measures to express their deep love and concern for us until we finally come to terms with their departure.

Another way of communication with a deceased loved one is through the scents of their own presence, loving touches upon your physical body, or even hearing their voices shout out to us when we are in a space of peace and tranquility. These are the times when we are relaxed in our favorite
