Poetry: Travel

by James Urbaniak

Created on: September 04, 2009

Four wide, six wide,
Eight lanes
-Zoom, zoom, zoom!
Goes the traffic.

-Honk, honk, honk!
Sound the cars.
On the train
There is plenty of room.

-Zoom, zoom, zoom!
Goes the train,
Faster than the cars.
I wave goodbye to the cars

As the train slips along,
Through cool, quiet green
Woods and by
Glacial blue waters.
