Pledges Of Love
Is love such a beautiful feeling?
That only lovers can see it grow.
I know if I fall for you, you'll be stealing.
These thoughts, I'd like to know.
You say, you can love me completely.
But will you remain my friend?
When time has taken away this smile.
Can you love me to the end?
These pledges of love, we repeat, unrelentlessly.
Never seeking our lover's eyes.
It don't matter who we love.
For the act is truly greater than the deed.
You say, you can love me completely.
But will you remain my friend?
When time has taken away this smile.
Can you love me to the end?

NOWHERE ANGEL
Oh Love
We come from the ashes
Looking for something better
My angel, my phoenix, take us nowhere
And be my nowhere
Beauty of dawn brings no bliss
Mother Nature’s inspiring work of art
Arriving with sadness, for something is amiss

Oh, let me love you:
I don't care what else you do
Beat me, punish me when I fail you,
But let me love you.
On my knees I'll
Sweet wine and roses red
bring tears of joy and pain.
Memories made of gold,
chisel lines set in stone.
A pledge
