The Pez Method
They have created a perfect resolution to a once honorable problem. The Pez Method was introduced to functionally, systematically, and mechanically solve collective bargaining. No longer does the American worker hold the once demanding and deserving bargaining chip that once valued his existence. Instead it has been replaced by: workers for the lowest bidder. A system built on fear, fear for your livelihood, existence, and further being able to strong arm the individual based on their responsibility for others. Every man for oneself is the new creed as individualism replaces what's best for the group. Roving eyes casting their ready glances on your every move in preparation of catching you making a mistake so then they may have a turn. Moving the last person first and the first person last. You consciously know this, as well as your employer. You work during lunch, afraid that the company may see you taking a break, giving up rise as a reason to replace you. They slowly train you repeatedly to work off the clock in order to increase production and set new standards based on a timed work day. You do this without thinking of the consequences, and only later does the realization set in.
The new marked goals become the baseline standard. Not only did you slave for your timed shift, but off the clock, hours went into the production value. Now the reached production value becomes the pace car as the
