Society's Ignorance
What's wrong with the world?
The Government hides things from us,
people go to War, little ones die
mothers and fathers are voiceless.
Bombs are being dropped
onto countries that don't deserve it,
the souls and hearts
of the people, are being hit.
People are becoming homeless
their homes are no more,
the blood of those dead
are washing upon the shores.
Society's ignorance flows heavily
when they seem to not give a damn,
they choose to ignore it completely
in the faces of the lost and dead, the door gets slammed.
I got the inspiration for this, from the song "Where Is The Love," by the Black-Eyed Peas.
