As the water cascaded down the falls, I began to cry.
My dad pulled a tissue out and wiped my teary eye.
He asked what was wrong with me.
The pain inside, he couldn't see.
A single tear, like a drop of rain.
Falling fast, like a crashing plane.
In the midst of despair, I call to the stars.
Awoken to the sound, of a man from a far.
On an Angel's wings, I flew that night.
My dad beside me, with Heaven in sight.
He taught me about the grand scheme.
My dad, my friend, my one true dream.
