Whispered voices hauntingly,
repeats tapping on the leaves.
Echos forming long lost souls,
shadows standing on their toes.
Crystalline tears cascading,
pooling oceans lost and lame.
Dreams left stagnant in the breeze,
tinder blazing when they freeze.
Radiance marches eerily,
censors our expected faith.
Senses drown in overcast,
embracing my Iconoclast.

When rain falls in heavy torrents
Puddles form along the street.
They come in many shapes and sizes
For so many
When it rains in the spring I close my eyes
a symphony as it plays upon my roof
Waves of showers against the window pane
torrential
Showers in Mexico
Cars on the cobblestone streets
emit gas into the humid air,
as the smell of salt lingers
from the nearby
When it rains the old man thinks
He see's slithers of silver,
Littering his garden path.
His elderly brain turns lightening
