I have nowhere to go.
I have no place to see.
I have no name to call me.
I have no reason to be.
I know that I'm here,
But I really don't know why.
I know that I'm alive,
But I'm not afraid to die.
I have no friends at all.
I have no relatives too.
I only have myself,
And I have nothing to do.

Nowhere to go, now that your Dresdens have faded to dark
And white huddled truths are encrypted in stains,
The goosestepping
I look around
At the unfamiliar setting
Closing my eyes
Hoping for the trees to come back to me
But when I open them
My legs may be strong
and can still walk for miles.
But my weary heart is now bound
to the home and hearth it's found.
