A draft is a violation of an Americans basic Rights. I don't care what law you can sight, if a person does not want to fight for there country they shouldn't have to. I love America as much as the next person, but I don't want my life to be cut short because my Government decided to join in a war.

This isn't a discussion about if war is good or bad, if people want to fight for there country and join a war, i fully support them. But most people don't want to put there lives on the line for a cause they may not agree with. Being forced to fight in a war should be a violation of our rights as Americans, but of course this would never happen.

The people that make the laws are already to old to be drafted, and they need Armed Forces to secure there jobs. I should have a basic right to say no without being put in jail. The government should have no right to make people risk there lives if they do not want to.

The draft is part of America, but it should not be part of any free country. Inciting a draft is a dictatorship letting the government control your entire life. If Nazi Germany was a free country it would make us settling Crimes against humanity much easier, if they had a choice to fight, we could sentence them, but when there saying Hitler told them to do everything, we don't know what to say.

What if Americans were put on trial for War Crimes against Iraq? Bush did it? Damn Straight Bush did it, thats if we had a draft. If we had a draft it would be just to blame it on Bush because the men and women over seas did not want to fight for our country. They did not wish to go and fight terrorism over seas they were forced.

No free country should force you to do anything you don't want to do, especially spill your blood for them.
