Savage animal,
Carnage of people,
Annihilation of generations
Destruction of complete nations
Massacre, bloodshed, merciless butchering
Devastation, bombs, fires, nothing left but arid desert
Amputated children, holwing with unbearable pain
Pangs of hunger, gnawing, digging, emptiness
Blind eyes, deaf ears, broken noses, tears
Panic, terror, fear, grief, resignation
Loss of life, in masses, over years
Hate spreading, poison billowing
No happiness, no joy, no cheer
Only a continuous rain
Of scorching tears
As long as war goes on, there will be tears...
