Anti-aging skin care tips

Everyone wants to look young forever. Aging is a process which cannot be stopped or delayed, but one can delay the effects of aging. Aging affect us physically as well as mentally. Aging reduces the flexibility and strength of the body and on the other side; aging spots on our face and skin make people feel depressed.

Flawless, wrinkle free and radiant skin is a dream, which is cherished by all of us, but only few lucky person are blessed with such skin and for other's it is an unachievable goal. For women spots of aging become nightmares as women are more conscious about their looks then the men. They pay more attention towards skin care so that they can look younger and vibrant forever.

There are many beauty and anti-aging products are available in the market, which are used to prevent the aging spots appear on the skin. However, these products have certain limitations and can affect skin negatively because of chemicals and minerals used in it. One can attain his/her dream of having a glowing and aging spots-free skin naturally and without spending loads of money on skin care products by following these tips.

# Drink more water: Aging causes loss of moisturizer from the skin which causes wrinkles and blemishes on the skin. Water is a natural hydrant and it is very necessary to drink seven to eight glasses of water in a day. Sometimes lack of enough intake of water causes early signs of aging and skin dryness. One can keep the skin soft, supple, glowing and aging spots-free by drinking enough water.

# Beauty sleep: Most of us have heard of beauty sleep, but only few of us believe in that or could not manage our time to have enough sleep. The more sleepless nights we spent, the more aging spots and dullness appear on our faces. Skin also needs to relax like our mind and body. During the night all damaged skin cells get repaired and tired skin cells get relaxation after facing all the stress, dust and ultra violet rays. So it is very necessary to sleep at least seven hours every day. After, having enough sleep during the night you will have refreshing skin for sure.

# Avoid smoking, alcohol and drugs: Smoking and alcohol have become part of our modern lifestyle. But excessive smoking and alcohol not only effect us physically, but it also affects the way we look. Skin cells suffer a lot because of smoking as tobacco affects the collagen in our skin which prevents the wrinkles. Drugs and alcohol also affects our body very badly and those affects start appearing on our face in form of stress and aging spots.

# Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight: We love sunshine and it is a natural way for tanning. But sunlight also contains the harmful UV rays which can cause blemishes, aging spots and skin cancer as well. UV ray can also burn the skin cells which can cause spots on the skin and take away the glow. Thus, it is necessary to avoid direct contact with sunlight as much as possible and always use sunscreen and scarves to cover the exposed area of body.

# Be happy and avoid stress: Stress and tension affects the way we look. It causes dullness on the face. Stress causes release of certain chemicals in the body, which are not good for the healthy skin texture. Thus, it causes damage to the skin texture and aging spots starts appearing on the face. Our body releases hormones/ chemicals which makes our skin glowing and look softer, when we remain happy and in good mood.
