The game of chess has drawn a following for centuries. Some even say chess is a link to a healthier lifestyle. Taking part in the game of chess provides you the tools to live a healthier and wiser lifestyle.

There are some who strive to be the next Bobby Fisher. Seeing the concentration required, it is no wonder chess is one of the oldest games offering players a challenge. Not only does a good challenge like the game of chess stimulate the brain, it also offers lessons in problem solving, risk-taking, different thought processes, creativity, patience, persistence, and healthy work habits.
