For years and years its been just one,

thoughts of two were more like none.

One walk on one narrow path,

left behind one set of tracks.

One heart, one voice, and one mind,

one in search of one to find.

One the loneliest number around,

one lost, one needing to be found.

One meets one then there's two,

then come thoughts one never knew.

Two souls mingle and grow to care,

too walk a path that two will share.

Years alone living for one,

have added another looking for fun.

Two hearts sharing one beat,

two souls turn up the heat.

Two minds addicted to one another,

a million ones, but none like the other.

Two voices speak there words the same,

they talk of a love worthy of fame.

Together there two times better then one,

with out each other one would be done.

One found one out of the blue,

one became two before they even knew.

Alone they were one together there two,

sharing a love one knows to be true.
