You start off as just friends,
You have so many relations with different nations.
Like women they let you in,
Suddenly the promises begin.
You swear you'll always be there,
You fake how much you care.
Like sex you write treaties,
Shaking hands while making plans.
Every treaty felt so good it left you wanting more,
But accidents happen and pregnancy's like war.
You swore for life you'd be down to ride,
That you'd always be on the same side.
When that minute finally hit,
All your promises take a shit.
You built trust with every thrust,
Treaties until you bust,
A world of lies between the thighs,
Of your partner.
You dive in deep,
Promises between the sheets,
Of paper in every treaty.
When the war like pregnancy begins,
You decide all treaties must end.
To me America you are the worlds babies daddy.

America,
Once more before I close

I write of you forever America

the untold battles

The land of the dream
Where money is key

Out of darkness in the sky.
