How did you feel when you saw her standing there
She held the worst kind of burden to bare
How did you feel when you beat her no matter how hard she cried
Or when every time you touched her inside she died
How did you feel when you looked at the bruises on each arm
How did you feel when you caused her such harm
Do you think she still loved you after all that you did
Do you think she still loved you when she ran from you and hid
How did you feel the night you caused such a riot
When you kicked her and hit her until she went quiet
How do you feel now that you know she lies without a sound
Do you cry when you think of her in the cold hard ground
How did you feel when you screamed at her with such a harsh tone
What about the way you feel now when you look at her tombstone
