Statistics
They will draw
You a normal
Distribution curve
From which
They may cut off
Say 5% to 10%
At both ends
Of the curve
Calling the rest
A normal population
But be careful
Not to label
The rest as abnormal
It just means they
Are a few of them
Enabling say
Governments
To plan their
Resources
According to needs
