Going away to college requires some planning, especially when it concerns deciding what to bring. Several considerations will likely factor into what you ultimately decide to bring to college, but the most important of these clearly revolves around the amount of space you have. Don't leave packing until the last minute, make a list of what you absolutely have to have, and what you'd like to have.

3,) SOFTWARE -

You will definitely need to have software like Microsoft Word, a program that will help you do your bibliographies, a thesaurus/dictionary, spreadsheets, and even an accounting program to make sure you don't overdraw your checking account.

4.) A DATA BACK UP SYSTEM -

Some sort of data backup system is another important thing to have. It will protect your research papers, study notes, assignments and more so that you can be assured that if the computer crashes, your important work will be safe.
