It's time to turn the page

after all, eigtheen years is

a long time to pay for mistakes

made in selfish moments

when all I cared about was me.

It took this long though, to realize

the hurt I left with her and the rest

of her life, and I can only wonder,

is it to late to say I'm sorry?
